In this latest blog post we report on a troubling rise in calls from frustrated headteachers in regard to a significant increase in vexatious AI-generated parental complaints. These letters are quickly and easily produced with the sole intent of causing frustration, designed to harass the headteacher, often made worse by being circulated on social media with the intent to intimidate. Quite often, they consist of unjustified requests designed deliberately to disrupt.
