Headrest

(n): A safety device designed to support the head.

Welcome to Headrest

We offer a FREE daily wellbeing telephone support service for headteachers and CEOs. As experienced ex-heads ourselves, we understand how challenging it is right now. We provide a sympathetic and confidential listening ear at the end of the phone. We've got your back.

Who we are

Headrest was co-founded in 2020 by Ros McMullen and Andrew Morrish, two former headteachers and Multi-Academy Trust CEOs.
